The space

The house is new, built at the end of 2022. On the ground floor there is a garage that is covered and shaded. From the garage, it climbs to the first floor with a living area with a beautiful kitchen and dining room, and a living room with a balcony. There is also a large fireplace on the first floor. All rooms are fully air conditioned , including the coma room.

Next, you climb the beautiful Brac stone steps to the first floor with two rooms with bathrooms, continue to the second floor, which also has two rooms with bathrooms. Rooms have balconies where you can settle in when you want solitude or just enjoy the view of the bay.

Finally, a real hidden pearl is hidden, a pool on the roof of a house measuring 2.20 m * 7.40 m. The pool is heated, has two sunbathing areas, one in the sun and one in the shade. From the roof terrace there is a beautiful view of the bay, from above you will be able to enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

The house in the garage has an electric vehicle charger and is used without additional payment. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The house is fully air conditioned. Windows are top notch so they provide good isolation from all influences in winter and summer.
