The space

The house consists of ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a dining room and a living area. On the ground floor there is also one room, and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three rooms, each with its own bathrooms. Laundry room is also on the floor and there is a washing machine and dryer.. Two rooms have a balcony. The house is fully air conditioned and each room has air conditioning.

Next to the house there is an auxiliary facility where there is a fireplace, a large table for socializing, a jacuzzi. We have a sound system in that part of the house, so you can listen to music through FONESTAR. The space is fully air conditioned and glass walls can be opened to create an impression of connection to the pool and yard.

The yard of the house is enclosed by a fence wall. The yard is accessed through a garage door that locks. Guests have complete privacy, and no one unannounced can come to their yard.
